  • WHAT PAYMENT METHODS ARE ACCEPTED BY BREWING CULTURE ?
    We accept the following payment methods: Visa, Master Card, PayPal, AfterPay, and Direct Deposit/Bank Transfer.
  • WHAT ARE DELIVERY CHARGES FROM BREWING CULTURE?
    Domestic: (Australia) We offer a flat rate shipping charge of $9.50 for all deliveries within Australia. We also offer an Express Shipping option if you need your order urgently and the cost is calculated at checkout based on the items you are ordering.
  • WHO DO YOU USE FOR DELIVERIES?
    All domestic orders are shipped using one of our Freight Partners: Australia Post, Couriers Please or Fastway Couriers. If you have a preference please leave a note in the order notes box when placing an order and we will happily try to accommodate your request. Orders placed before 2pm Monday-Friday will be dispatched same day.
  • HOW LONG WILL DELIVERY TAKE?
    2 - 7 Business days depends on your location All the order will be dispatched from our warehouse in Brisbane.
  • I LIVE IN BRISBANE, CAN I PICK UP MY BREWING CULTURE ORDER?"
    Unfortunately, we are not offering local pick up due to the current COVID situation. Sorry for any inconvenience. Orders placed before 3pm AEST each day will be dispatched on the same day, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays and weekends.
